Are you a recruiter?

We are not executive recruiters. We work for either individual or corporate clients to develop career marketing strategies. Executive recruiters are compensated by the companies for which they seek qualified candidates. The Frontier Group in turn works for our clients – either the individual or their sponsoring organization. Our objectives are always then totally aligned with our clients.

What is your success rate?

We can guarantee that we will develop the best career marketing strategy available and commit all of our resources towards quickly and efficiently. Examples of past client success here...

What if I do not know what I want to do (new career or direction)?

Or career coaching methodology is also suited to individuals looking to change careers. We have built up years of experience coaching military personnel into civilian life, transitioning professionals from a challenged industry (real estate) to a more stable one (business services) and moving our clients to new professions (example – law practice to corporate).

Can you provide references?

Is there a fee?

There are fees for our services if you hire us directly. The fees range in price depending on the services that are required. The fees are paid by the sponsoring company if an employee is assigned to us from an outplacement program

What locations do you work in – is it only Atlanta?

The large majority of our clients want to find opportunities in the metro Atlanta market. We have been very successful helping them based on the expertise we have developed over the past 25 years in the Atlanta market. The Frontier Group is not limited to local searches only. We have a strong track record of finding clients new opportunities both nationally and internationally.
