| Ricki Brodie, JD – Chief Client Services Officer |
| Ricki has been with The Frontier Group since 1997 and has direct experience in Career Management, Career Transition, Outplacement Consulting, Executive Coaching, Training, Interviewing Techniques and Strategies, Negotiations, Marketing and Presentations. Her diverse background includes law, education, and recruiting. She began her career as a teacher, changed her path to graduate law school, cum laude. Her law practice experience was followed by a move to Georgia where she became an Executive Recruiter. She recruited in multiple industries including IT, finance, manufacturing and healthcare, which gave her an understanding of a variety of disciplines and organizational structures. Ricki’s past experience continues to serves as an ongoing foundation for her ability to successfully guide clients through all phases of the career transition process.

| Ted Briggs, MA, EdS – Senior Consultant |

Ted Briggs is a Senior Career Coach with over 16 years of successful Corporate Outplacement and Career Coaching experience. Thirteen of those years have been with The Frontier Group. Ted’s background includes a combination of Corporate and Academic experience. His academic background includes Educational Specialist Degree in Academic Supervision (Graduated Magna Cum Laude) and Management and a Master of Arts Degree in Instruction from Western Carolina University. In addition, he has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Marketing from University of Tennessee.
His areas of expertise include Professional Resume Design & Development, Interview Enhancement, Dynamic Campaign Marketing and Programs Customized to unique client issues. Specific Areas of Career Coaching include: Career Planning/Coaching, Strategic Marketing, Career Transitioning, Compensation and Benefits Negotiation, Research and Web Based Technology, Presentation Skills, Interview Coaching, Professional Development, and Personality Assessments.

Howard J. Cattie, Jr – Senior Consultant

Howard Cattie has over 30 years of Career Coaching, Recruiting, Sales and Sales Management experience. Prior to working with the Frontier Group, Howard ran a successful career coaching consulting practice, Career Oyster. He is a highly sought after speaker in the Atlanta area on career development strategies, interviewing, and resume training.
Howard’s insights into coaching are greatly enhanced by his experience in executive recruiting. He founded and managed Custom Recruiting Services for 11 years, specializing in technology, and technology sales and marketing talent acquisition. He also has more than 12 years of progressive management experience with three national recruiting and staffing sources; Source Services, Kforce and Spherion.
Howard’s academic background includes a Master of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Master of Business Degree in Marketing from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Physics from St Joseph’s University.

Integrating her expertise in the areas of Career, Leadership and Work/Life Balance, she has worked with countless clients to achieve the optimal career that integrates with their lifestyle.
With more than 20 years of corporate and consulting experience, including project management, training and development, online marketing, leadership, business, and executive coaching, she creates a powerful partnership with her clients to obtain a thorough and complete assessment to choose the best career path. From there, the perfect actionable career plan is established and accountability is provided along the way. She puts her rich and varied background to work, always with a focus on results. She makes the most complicated and daunting of challenges seem less forbidding.
She currently lives in the Charlotte, NC area with her husband, stepdaughter, 2 adopted dogs and a cat.

Richard J. Morgan – Consultant

Richard Morgan possesses more than 20 years of professional experience within a two primary sectors, consumer products and career services industries. Throughout his career, Richard has held key regional and national business development/brand development roles within such organizations as the Kroger Company and the Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation, leveraging his experience and client services skill set to help their firms realize formidable revenue growth. During the past two years, Richard has operated a career services business, providing counsel, resume support, and general guidance to those in job transition. In addition, he has been hired by two career transition contractors to provide resume services, interview preparation guidance, and general insights to their clients.
Richard has developed an ideal resume format and general counseling dimension influenced by his perpetual relationship with the professional community. He has developed the training manual and sales guideline adopted by a former employer, authored an article specific to the challenges facing those in career transition, and is working on a book to provide guidance and inspiration to individuals actively conducting a job search. Richard currently serves as the leader of a resume advisory team through the Get2Work Job Equipping Program as well as serving on the career services volunteer team at one of the largest networking organizations in the southeastern United States, Roswell United Methodist Church (RUMC).
Richard’s academic background includes a Master of Business in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public and Urban Affairs from Georgia State University.
